I try to make love and social relationships to the life in my world - plus travel (short trips or longer) and culture (theater o art etc)... Also training (endurance, strength, agility, ball games) and party (broadens the concept to include more than to drink to get drunk tss)... And: books/movies, speeding up on my motorcycle any time with friends... Role playing games...
There are a lot to say about this, i feel - but to make a long story short...

Drama/novels, documentaries and fantasy... That gives you new perspective on the reality/society - for example far eastern made books/movies... Anime movies like spirited away - Miyazaki...
At the moment i have fokused on reading working class literature...
Music: Punk rock, but also a lot of other genres...
strebers, asta kask, tiger army, cirkus miramar - and big ones: metallica, dm, guns, bd, the hives, timbuktu...
Genuine music:
Emil Jensen make nice culture in my eyes - happy and fun - for feminism, environment and other animals...

I like to deconstruct the following influential trends that are present in the society:
liberalism/individualism
capitalism/economism/money
biologism/positivism/humanism
industrialism/consumerism/materialism
the modernity project incl. modern work (wage slavery)
Instead develop more:
collectivism and consideration and love
